I was wondering if you can answer some questions for me? First I want to know if there of compressing or altering the training from ten weeks and still be the same fit after doing the program? If I do not have a wall to bounce or kick the ball off of then what alternative can I do for the rebound drill? Lastly I need to know if I do not have a net to shoot at and the ball goes really far what speed should I recover it?
