i pulled my groin mucle about 5 days ago, so far i havent really been resting it because im afraid if i rest it for a week then i will lose my touch, and get worse on ball control and stuff. I can probably still do drills i just cant kick with my right foot without their being a great pain, so my question is should i train with it, try to get my skills better, because i have a game in a week, and risk the chances of it staying the same or getting any worse, or should i sit and rest, and a week from now touch the ball and suck
