when ur team has the ball mash d side lines to give ur team width (more space for the inside mids to play) ur job is to take the ball down the line and put it on a forward for him to score but when the opposing wing back realises that it is time for you to begin cuttiing into the field instead of goin down the line and either shooting or playing off the ball to either the midfielder or the forwards DO THIS OCCASIONALLY!!!!!!! do it too much ur coach will think ur a ball hog,,, now the hardest part of wide midfielders is getting back to help ur team in defense so my strategy is not get too ahead of the play do not run ahead of the ball too much caus eit will b very hard for you to get back in time to defend or get back at all............ i'm in the opposite situation to you i like the left/right mids and my coach puts me in the middle but i like there to and i do dem both pretty well
