Preparing for the Game

what do you do the day before the big game to prepare yourself? should i run or rest my body?

and can someone give me a list of how many days a week i should train and run?

No have to rest allot before the big game.




you should practice 3-4 days a week on:


1. control



2. shoting


3. speed


3.stamina,agility


4.power

take a really soft the day before just to remember your body how to feel before a game and that.eat healthy good food 4 days inhead.

When Preparing for a big game rest the day before, if anything go for a light jog about 1km or so.


1. Get heaps of rest


2. Eat healthy meals that day.


3. Stretch your muscles to avoid injury.


4. Do a light warm up before leaving.


MOST OF ALL RELAX AND DONT GET TOO NERVOUS!!!

the day before I strech out...juggle a bit...maybe run a half a mile...then relax
minutes before I put on some good tunes and juggle,stretch, do a few sprints...

It all comes down to how you feel...if you want ot run...run. it's not hard...every player has a different way of preparing...I also like to play FIFA on PS2 for a few hours...it is like creating the game before it happens.

yeah the day before my games i ussually like just working on free kicks and juggling so that i am getting practice put it isn't exhausting but it helps and also i like to play fifa 09 before too because it helps u see the game from a different prospective and learn when to make runs and stuff but more importantly i like to watch a premier league or italian serie a game because they are very skilled and it helps you mentally prepare strategy. also eat healthy and do a lot of long distance running like five miles a day or every other day and do sprints the other days for the week before the game but it is also how you feel if you feel better by running a mile the day before the game go for it, people have different prefferences like i eat ham before most games
