Progression for people 18+

Hey everyone, my name is Steve.

I currently live in Canada playing at our college level. Wondering if there are any canadians reading this willing to give me some advice. I recently joined my team as a 1st year, made the starting line-up by the second game. But i still feel like im no where close to my potential. Im looking for afew things.

- Speed and Agility drills that work (gym and field drills)

- Suggestions on where to go from the college level if your thinking of progressing higher?

- What keeps you guys motitvated? I sometimes have a hard time staying focused on training, and i dont want to believe its because i don't want it bad enough. Sometimes it just feels like it's such a long process and easy to get side tracked by other things in life.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Steve.
