      <description>well i am going to see about going fopr jogs during the week so that will help stanima slowly increase my distance and weights will help with the strength also others and train so that will help my development of control shooting etc.. what weight should i aim for i am currentley 7.5 stones and 5 foot 8 inches?</description>

      <description>well do you have any tips on how i should go about getting back to my best? its just i have been going to games with people my age playing and they seem to be very good and a strong healthy weihght but when ever i try just now to pla i get pushed of the ball easy legs sore next day after a kik about even just losen hope and need motivation</description>
