You should start off slow. Your muscles generally need about a day to recover and rebuild torn muscle. If you want to push yourself more try doing more training in one day rather than training everyday. Try getting a gym membership and go work out...this will help to build muscle alot faster. Also you may want to look into getting some whey protien powder to help your body recuperate. Again just train in moderation and if you feel pain(a good amount) remember to rest that area of the body becuase ignoring chronic pain will get you into a whole load of trouble

i train everyday and I'm 14 going on 15. If you can handle it go for it. My coach sent us a pre-season training schedule so I'm set. Bootcamp is something I do along with the regular stuff. It's all to help improve my skills so I can make a higher level team and be successful. it helps to ease yourself into it...adjust to the climates and all that...makes you a better player.

Yes. If you want to push yourself to the next level, you must do the advanced training. You will see results and know you are improving.

First of all, its very good that your pushing yourself to the limit in order to achieve success. But, you have to be very careful. Overworking yourself can cause you to lose training time in the future because of an injury or soreness. Over time though, you will realize what type of training sessions work for you and how you can recover for the next day of training. You will also get stronger and be able to withstand longer and harder training. Ing general, my advice to you is to start of at the advanced training level and keep on pushing yourself until doing bootcamp drills everyday wont be a problem

Good Luck!
