Dennis Enarson's 2011 has been simply amazing. From huge contest wins to putting out the most respected video part of the year, Dennis raised the bar every time he dropped in.

Throughout all of his success, Dennis' goal has remained the same as the day he started riding: having fun on a bike with his friends.

We want to congratulate Dennis on his incredible year. Congrats, Dennis!
Enarson Elevates

Dennis Enarson is having a year that most action sports athletes can only dream about. He's been a podium-regular all summer long, from this weekend's Dew Tour Dirt win, the winning team captain at The Pool, two Silver medals at the X Games - the list goes on and on! But on top of all of of his contest results, his part in Demolition's "Last Chance" video has been heralded as one of the craziest BMX parts of all time. Dennis has become one of the most incredible and well-rounded riders BMX has ever seen, and we send him a huge congratulations for a summer we will never forget!
Greg and Spencer Shine at Dew

Greg Bretz and Spencer O'Brien made sure to wrap up the Winter Dew Tour the best way they know how - on the podium.

For his part, Greg dominated the men's snowboard Superpipe, landing a backside 540, frontside double cork 1080, Cab 1080 double cork, frontside 900, backside 900 and frontside 1080 - the back-to-back doubles were his first.

"I put down the run I wanted to put down and I'm happier than ever," Greg said. "Keeping up with the level of progression with everyone doing double corks is fun for me. I get some kind of sick enjoyment from pushing myself."

After battling back from an injury that kept her out of the first Winter Dew Tour stop - the Nike 6.0 Open Breckenridge - Spencer showed the world what she was made of at the Killington stop by stomping her way to second place in the women's snowboard Slopestyle contest. And, she followed that up this weekend with a third-place finish in Utah.

Well done crew!
Louie Locks Up Dew Cup

It may not have been exactly how he planned it, but Louie Vito is now the proud owner of the Dew Cup for men's snowboard Superpipe. Louie was a man on a mission at the first two stops of the Winter Dew Tour, winning both events and putting himself in the driver's seat for the overall championships this weekend in Utah. However, the Toyota Championship did not go according to script for Louie. After falling on his first run, Louie threw down a solid, but not incredible run, to land in 7th place, which was just enough to get him the coveted piece of hardware.

“I’m bummed I didn’t make the podium, and I wasn’t completely satisfied with my riding tonight,” said Vito. “The level of riding was sick though, and in the end I’m stoked I got the Dew Cup.”

Louie may have been disappointed to have missed the podium, but Nike 6.0's Greg Bretz was psyched to step up on the pedestal in second place. Greg nearly had the win with a rock-solid 95, but was narrowly beat out by Luke Mitrani's 97. Check out all the highlights here.

With Louie walking away with the Dew Cup and Greg bagging second, you gotta say it was a good day, not to mention Ice Cube playing a raucous show on Friday night. Thanks for the memories guys.
Dew Cups Decided in Utah

The entire Winter Dew Tour comes down to this weekend: Dew Cups will be won and lost in Ogden, Utah at the Toyota Championships. So mark your calendars and set your DVRs.

Nike 6.0 has a number of athletes vying for a spot on the top of the overall standings, with an eye on swooping a Dew Cup. First up is one of this season's hottest snowboarders, none other than Louie Vito. Louie has had the magic touch at the first two stops, walking away with first place in Superpipe at both Breckenridge and Killington, setting himself up as the favorite to win the overall. Right on his heels, however, are his teammates Matt Ladley and Mason Aguirre, sitting in third and fourth place, respectively.

On the women's side, Elena Hight is holding it down for 6.0. Elena is currently tied for second on the overall Superpipe standings, so if she can send it there's a good chance she could come up on a Dew Cup too.

The hopes of the 6.0 freeskiers rest on Simon Dumont's shoulders, as he looks to hold off Kevin Rolland in ski Superpipe. Simon is even with Kevin atop the standings, so he'll be dialed and ready for battle to prove that he deserves the coveted Dew Cup.

If you happen to be in Ogden for the finals, don't miss Ice Cube's performance, which starts at 9pm MT, as the rap legend will surely make it a Good Day for all.

If you can't get to the event, make sure to watch it on TV.
Killing it in Killington

When a small East Coast ski town like Killington, VT brings in the biggest U.S. snowboard tour, they expect a lot. And, this particular weekend they got exactly that - two feet of snow fell on the town from Tuesday through Thursday, and just after that an arctic blast pushed down into the region bringing the coldest temperatures the Northeast has seen in the past two years. The NIke 6.0 athletes all rolled into town with big expectations. The resort joined forces with SPT and together they did an amazing job on the course setup. The pipe was a perfect 22-foot Olympic caliber snowboard wonder. When push came came to shove, it was 6.0 big guns Louie Vito and Mason Aguirre standing on the podium in 1st and 3rd place, respectively. Mason's buttery style and Louie's technical execution both proved to be the characteristics of ideal pipe riding for the Dew Tour judges. The slopestyle course was primed with a great set up of three rail features and three jump features. Sage Kotsenburg and Spencer O'Brien were true stand outs in slope for the 6.0 squad. At the end of the day, Spencer took second place holding it down for the women at Dew Tour Killington.

Simon Stays Atop Pipe

Simon Dumont may not have been completely content after his 3rd-place finish at the Killington stop of the Winter Dew Tour, but that's testament to his relentless pursuit of perfection. Anything less than the top spot and Simon is not feeling it. Despite his less-than-ideal finish, the bronze position means that Simon maintains a tie for first on the ski pipe overall standings.

Make sure to check out how the drama unfolds at the final stop of the Winter Dew Tour, the Toyota Championships in Ogden, UT on February 10-13.
Major congrats go out to Simon Dumont for snagging his first win of the season at the Winter Dew Tour’s Nike 6.0 Open in Breckenridge, CO. Even with less than perfect weather conditions, Simon was able to come out on top of the Men’s Ski Superpipe podium.

Simon started off his first run by nailing a double cork 1260 on his first hit, but slipped up on his final hit of the run. He was able to regroup and pull through with his second run to take the lead with a 94.50.

This win gives Simon a head start in the points race for the Dew Cup. Stay tuned for updates from the next Dew Tour stops to see if he takes home the Dew Cup.
Nike 6.0 Sweeps Podium in Dew Pipe

The Nike 6.0 riders held it down in the Superpipe finals at the Winter Dew Tour’s Nike 6.0 Open, despite the challenging weather conditions. The pummeling snow did not stop Louie Vito, Matt Ladley and Greg Bretz from taking over the Men's Superpipe podium for the 6.0 team.

After a rough first run, Vito’s second run solidified his place in the top spot. He pulled together a frontside double cork 10, cab double cork 10, crippler, Michalchuk, frontside 10 and a cab 7 to take home first place. Ladley grabbed second with back to back 10s, and Bretz came in a close third to finish off the 6.0 podium sweep.

Congrats are also in order for Elena Hight, who landed on the podium for Women's Superpipe. Elena took home second place in what was her first competition of the season.

"It always seems that when it's time to ride, mother nature deals you very unpleasant cards," said 6.0 Snow Team Manager, Andrew Mutty. "Through the course of the day the halfpipe turned into a powder pipe, but the 6.0 team came ready to battle the snow and pipe to show why they are some of the most competitive riders on the planet."

The Nike 6.0 Open Breckenridge was a great start to the 2010/2011 Winter Dew Tour for the team, but there is no doubt that it is going to be a tight race for the Dew Cup. Stay tuned for Dew Tour updates throughout the season to see who is going to take home the ultimate prize.

Men's Snowboard Superpipe Final Results

The competition was out of control on the largest BMX Park course in Dew Tour History at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Garrett Reynolds held it down with his technical expertise to secure a spot on the Dew Cup podium for the second year in a row.

Garrett went for a 360 no-hander-to-barspin-to-fakie and pulled a bunnyhop 720 drop into a wedge giving him the top spot after the first heat. His second run started off solid, but after falling his first run score of 91.13 would stand. Garrett’s third place finish in the Finals gave him enough points to snag the second place spot overall.

Congrats are also in order for 6.0 teammate Dennis Enarson for snagging fifth place overall in both BMX Park and Dirt.
Dew Tour Championships

The Dew Tour brings the first-ever Dew Tour Championships to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, October 14-17. The best skateboard and BMX athletes will battle it out for the coveted Dew Cup, including Shaun White, Ryan Sheckler, Paul Rodriguez, Jamie Bestwick, Brett Banasiewicz and Nike 6.0 riders Garrett Reynolds, Dennis Enarson and Mike Spinner. Las Vegas local Carey Hart and Hart & Huntington will host a freestyle motocross Best Whip competition in conjunction with the Championships, which will feature Nike 6.0's Lance Coury.

Unique to any action sport event out there, the skateboard park course will be held inside legendary concert venue, The Joint by Rogue, on Friday night with a live performance by N.E.R.D on the skate park course immediately following the finals. Saturday features Hart & Huntington’s freestyle motocross Best Whip competition, as well as the BMX park and BMX dirt finals at The Plaza. To close out the 2010 Dew Tour season, Sunday’s skateboard and BMX vert competitions will be held in the middle of the biggest pool party of the summer at the HRH Beach Club Pool. The weekend will conclude with the Dew Cup award ceremony at The Joint by Rogue on Sunday night, where 2010 champions will be honored in skateboard (park and vert) and BMX (park, vert and dirt) along with a live performance by Wavves.

The skate park course at The Joint

Skateboard park proves to be the tightest race for the Cup this season, with only 40 points separating skateboard superstars Greg Lutzka, Chaz Ortiz, Ryan Sheckler and Paul Rodriguez. Leading the charge is Lutzka, who can potentially win his first-ever Dew Cup, with Ortiz, Sheckler and Rodriguez close behind in second, third and fourth respectively. With the level of talent competing it’s anyone’s game.

The vert ramp at the HRH Beach Club Pool

Despite Shaun White’s back-to-back Dew Tour wins in skateboard vert, Pierre Luc-Gagnon has earned enough points to hold his spot at the top of the leader board, allowing him to win it all by placing fourth or higher. But the excitement doesn’t end there. With a two point difference between vert veterans Bucky Lasek, currently seated second, and Andy Macdonald seated third, it’s going to be a tough competition until the end.

BMX dirt jumps

Out on the BMX dirt course, rising star Brett Banasiewicz needs a podium finish to win his first-ever Dew Cup which would make him the youngest BMX athlete to accomplish this feat. Only 30 points behind Banasiewicz is Brandon Dosch with 252 points, with Dennis Enarson in third in the overall standings. With more points on the line at the Dew Tour Championships, the race for the Dew Cup has heated up.

BMX park course

In BMX park, three-time Dew Cup champion, Daniel Dhers, looks to secure a win against defending Dew Cup champion, Garrett Reynolds. Dhers presently sits in first and needs a podium finish in Las Vegas to clinch the highly coveted Dew Cup. However, Reynolds still has the opportunity to come out on top, if he succeeds in battling it out against the likes of Mark Webb, who is also a contender and could potentially win his first Dew Cup.

Jamie Bestwick has the opportunity to make Dew Tour history again at the BMX vert final. If Bestwick places sixth or higher, he will be the only athlete to win every stop of the season, and the only athlete to win six consecutive Dew Cups, marking two back-to-back perfect seasons.

Aside from the skateboard and BMX competitions, Hart & Huntington and the Dew Tour are teaming up to hold the greatest freestyle motocross Best Whip competition the desert has ever seen at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Plaza on Saturday. Legendary moto rider and entrepreneur, Carey Hart, will invite the world’s best FMX and motocross riders for an evening of moto madness including Jeremy ‘Twitch’ Stenberg, Josh Hansen, Ronnie Faisst, Myles Richmond, Jarryd McNeil and Lance Coury.

Dennis Doubles Down in SLC

Dennis Enarson backed up his BMX dirt win with an incredible victory in Sunday's BMX park competition at the Toyota Challenge. Nineteen-year-old Enarson now joins BMX veterans Ryan Nyquist and Ryan Guettler as the only riders who have ever won two Dew Tour disciplines at a single event.

Dennis took the lead in his first run after posting a 93.25 in a run that included a 360 tuck no-hander, a Superman seat grab barspin, an x-up fastplant and a lots of opposite tricks like his opposite truckdriver.

Joining Dennis on the podium in 2nd was none other than his 6.0 teammate, Garrett Reynolds. Garrett was showing his trademark technical and explosive riding with his 180 up the ramp to a half cab back down in his first run to earn a 91.24. In his second, he threw down a 360 barspin catch barspin to half cab and then a 720 barspin to fakie.

Daniel Dhers rounded out the top three, and after the SLC finals, the competition is really heating up going into the season finale in Las Vegas. With Dhers in the overall lead for points standings and Garrett eager to defend his title, not to mention a hard-charging Enarson, as well as a field of talented riders hungry for the Dew Cup, it could be anyone’s game next month at the Dew Tour Championships.
The BMX dirt finals came down to the last runs of the final heat to decide who would take the win at the Salt Lake City Dew Tour stop. In the end, it was Dennis Enarson who stood on top of the podium.

Dennis was the first rider of the final to score in the 90s, and he took the lead in his first run with a smooth opposite 360 barspin. His final run stretched his lead even more after he mixed in a flip whip and a barspin to tuck no-hander.

Dennis will shoot for another spot on the Dew Tour podium in Sunday’s BMX park finals, along with 6.0 teammates Garrett Reynolds and Mike Spinner.

Results
1. Dennis Enarson, 92.94
2. Brandon Dosch, 90.62
3. Brett Banasiewicz, 90.44
4. TJ Ellis, 89.31
5. Corey Bohan, 89.25
