Ironically not from Japan, nor spending much time enforcing law, Toronto’s Tokyo Police Club made their sophomore debut in 2010 with the release of “Champ.” Since remixed by the Brooklyn gentlemen of PUNCHES, “Champ” has taken on a disco-y, impossible-to-resist funkjam feel.
