Garrett Gets BMX Open Silver

The Nike 6.0 BMX Open stop of this summer's Dew Tour is officialy in the bag, but not before 6.0 shred-machine, Garrett Reynolds put his stamp on the park contest. It wasn't gold for Garrett, as we've all grown accostomed to seeing, but proving he is human, Garrett earned a very respectable 2nd-place finish.

Saturday’s park contest marked the return to the top of the podium for Dew Tour veteran, Dave Mirra. Mirra used his years of riding experience to his advantage, landing a huge air traffic controller and a 720 over the box to reclaim the top spot on the podium
for the first time since the 2005 Toyota Challenge. Garrett rode hard to wrap up second, while Marcus Tooker made it onto the podium for the second time in his career placing third.
