Nike Team stomping it at the Dew Tour
20 December 2011
Another great start to the season for the team as they set about dominating the Podiums at the Dew Tour in Breckenridge.Louise Vito, reigning Dew Tour champion began his defence with a solid second in Pipe before the team started claiming 1st places in the Slopestyles.
First up Spencer O'Brien who crushed the opposition with a backside 5, switch backside 5, switch backside 180 and front 7 all super clean and deep into the landings.
Gjermund Braaten soon followed suit in the Men’s Slopestyle taking the quali route all the way to the finals before stomping his first run and killing the competition dead with a switch back tail 270, switch tail to front board, a switch backside double 10, cab 9 double, front 1 in and out of the wallride before finishing off with a backside 10 in to a frontside 1080 double cork, earning him a huge 97.75 that couldn’t be bettered.
