Product Review: Nike Air Zoom SPARQ TR Elite

What I like best about it: I love when you put on a shoe and it just feel right. That was how I felt when I put on the Nike Air SPARQ TR Elite trainer. It formed to my foot perfectly and was very comfortable.

I would probably use it for: I would use this shoe for intense training. I would use it during drills like the shuttle run or ladders.

What's good about the fit: The Nike SPARQ trainer is extremely light-weight. It fits my foot so well that sometimes it feels like I'm not wearing any shoes!

What's good about the performance: There is absolutely no slipping. It has little prongs on the bottom that dig in when you are running. It is perfect for agility drills or any drill that requires you to start and stop very quickly.

The one thing I am not crazy about: Nothing.
