Sometimes, I’ll admit it, I get a little to lazy to work out. It was definitely so much easier for me to work out when I was in college with my teammates. The whole team spirit dynamic disappears once you’re on your own. And that’s true for most of us who are no longer college athletes or professional for that matter. Finding motivation on your own is harder than the physical work out itself.
So, lets try this again how in the world do we each find motivation to head to the gym without finding excuses or complaining? I know the answer to that, because I found the person who motivates me ...
