Sad to say, but summer is over. It’s getting cold. You brave ones can venture out for your runs. Make sure you are all bundled up. As for the rest of us, I’m not suggesting skipping out on your run, but as the sun rises later and falls earlier, there is a lot less time in our day to be outside for our workouts. There will be days that getting that extra 15 minutes at the gym will get cut to just five minutes.
