The reality is, I still don't believe it's happening! How'd I obtain this opportunity?

At the brink of one of my most difficult life moments, I got a call from Nike that I got the job. Funny, I actually missed the original call and I still have that message saved!

I had just returned from a 5 month trip to London. A trip most needed; the economy wasn't looking any prettier than now and I wanted a change of scenery. Back and ready to work, I still remember sitting at home in the Bronx, in front my computer, applying for job after job.

The thing is, I knew this job would be the perfect fit for me. I have a huge desire to talk to people, I am naturally curious and on the go and I don't take no for an answer. (Unless it's from my mother,father or boss) Oh yeah, and I also happen to be a huge sports fan!

Thus far, I've had a ridiculously fun time working on my intro video and photo shoot. Nike really hooked me up with a talented production crew! It was refreshing to hit up all the old spots with the friends and family who have shaped the person I am today. Sadly, even now at 23 years of age, I was reminded my father can still kick my butt at basketball during a friendly pick up game during the shoot.
