On June 25, a global crew of the world’s hottest dancers, musicians and DJ’s will hit London with some serious skills at DANCE OFF 2009. This is a one-night-only kind of thing with way too many amazing acts to mention – but I’ll give it a try:

Obviously, I want to give a special shout-out to D-Clash. If you’ve never seen them in action, do NOT miss this opportunity. These girls are super-talented and really know how to put on a show. Also on the night, b-boys and b-girls from around the UK will be competing in 2 intense dance battles. ‘Bonnie & Clyde’ brings pairs together to face off in one of the original hip hop styles. ‘Lucky Track’ challenges solo dancers to prove themselves to the beat of a randomly-selected, genre-busting track.

Kymberlee Jay will host the battles with music by DJ Renegade. The winners of each battle will take home the DANCE OFF champion’s title and a £1000 prize. Feeling competitive? Register at www.dance-off.com. But whether you win, lose or just watch, it’s bound to be brilliant.
