The U.S. Women's National Team trainer, Helena Andersson, has been with the team day and night as they prepare for the games in Beijing. She's been tasked with making sure they play at their top level by overseeing a specialized work-out regimen that focuses on strength, speed, agility and endurance training.
Helena will also be hosting her own section of the Nike Soccer Forums, where you can ask her questions about your training, or Bootcamp related questions. As you can imagine, Helena will be balancing training with the team as well as devoting time to the forums, so we will be picking the top questions for her to answer each week. She'll be answering as many as she can from Beijing, as she leads the team towards their goal––the gold medal.
