Two experienced LA running coaches have put together a training plan, just for college girls like you. Choose from beginner or intermediate levels. The six-week plan kicks off Thursday, 3/17. Jumping in late? Start with week one training first, then skip ahead to the current date on the calendar to continue.
More about the coaches behind the training plan: Tania Fischer and Kirsten Leetch coach The Janes Elite Racing Team; an all-womens track club based in Santa Monica, CA. The Janes have won two national club cross country titles. Both Tania and Kirsten have raced at the US Olympic Trials and have coached runners of all levels, from absolute beginners to elite level competitors.
