Running in a new city a unique challenge. It always takes a little while to actually integrate yourself into the pulse of the street. You have to adjust to traffic lights, cars, pedestrians, bikes and the maze of an unfamiliar urban. But once you do, the sensation of syncing yourself into the flow can be completely energizing. You’ve heard it before, but we’ll say it again- “the best way to experience a city is to run it.” Hopefully this playlist of city-themed songs will help you “run this town,” wherever your legs may take you.
Amsterdam
With the amazing Vondelpark and Rembrandt Parks as your backdrops, imagine yourself in one of Europe’s most pedestrian-friendly cities as you bounce along to this uplifting song. Just watch out for bike traffic.

The quintessential Big Apple theme. This track has an undeniable hook, a perfect running beat and a chorus runners respond to; “These streets will make you feel brand new, these lights will inspire you…”
Cemeteries of London
London is a cool running town. Just ask the Run Dem Crew. They do a lot of running at night which, if you’re anything like us, would keep us far away from cemeteries.
