I have just ran a Half Marathon/21,1km over the weekend in 1h:45 min and I was feeling very good and strong except that in the last 4km I injured my left calf as I was pushing too fast over a steep.I hope I wiil heal in time, because on the 11 Sept. 2010 Im running a 42,2km Marathon in Christiana. Everybody is welcomed to join or challenge me.
