Get Ready for the 2009 Nike Women's Marathon

On October 18th, 2009, thousands of runners will rendezvous in the scenic streets of San Francisco for the sixth annual Nike Women's Marathon. A favorite amongst many runners, this year's race promises to be another hit!
Every detail of the Nike Women’s Marathon has been planned with women in mind. Here are just a few of the highlights:
-Official finisher necklace designed by Tiffany & Co.
-100% recycled Nike Dri-FIT Finisher T-shirt in women’s sizes (unique to full and half participants)
-Three-day interactive Expotique in Union Square
-Breathtaking course starting in Union Square and ending along the Pacific Ocean

EXPOTIQUE
The Nike Expotique and packet pick-up will be held in Union Square, at Geary & Stockton Streets, on the following dates and times*:

4pm–8pm
Friday, October 16th
10am–8pm
Saturday, October 17th
8am–6pm
*Times are subject to change
VOLUNTEERS
Not planning on running? Then join us on race weekend as a volunteer. The event will need thousands of volunteers to staff the aid stations, work the Expotique and offer support to the runners at the start and finish. To volunteer, email volunteer@tricalifornia.com. All volunteers will receive an official race volunteer t-shirt.
