AMANDAH POVILITUS
Team name: Up To Speed!
An absolute sweetheart! Amandah spends her days studying elementary education and dog-walking in Philly. One of her doggy clients actually lead her to a path that inspired her to start running! Amandah is a native East coaster who loves sports. A vegan for over ten years, she's a self-described Nike+ junkie. And if it's raining outside, you'll probably catch Amandah doing one of her favorite things: splashing in puddles and running in the rain.

DREW THOMPSON
Team name: The PostFontaines
Just call him "Young Gun" (his friends and family do). Drew was born and raised in Chicago, IL and has stuck to his roots, currently residing in the Windy City. Post-run (or anytime), he loves chowing down on sushi and soaking up the sun outdoors. One of the coolest things about Drew? He will be turning 24 on the day of the Human Race, October 24, 2009!

ERIN FANT
Team name: Team Supreme
Are you ready for this? Erin has logged over 3,250 miles with Nike+ (and "still going strong," she says). When she's not running (which she has been doing for five years), this San Francisco resident loves hanging with her fam, reading, listening to music and eating sweets like ice cream sundaes...YUM!.

HEIDI STUBLER
Team name: Strength in Numbers!
Go Penn State! In her senior year as a Nittany Lion, Heidi has her eyes set on two prizes this fall: the Nike+ Human Race 10K in October and her first half marathon in September. She fuels up for her runs by eating some of her fave foods, spaghetti and frozen yogurt, and loves to pound the pavement with her iPod on shuffle (to keep her motivated!).

JUSTIN WONG
Team name: Runstrong
The man with four nicknames—Wong, Wonger, J-Wong and J-Dub—this 25 year-old from Pasadena, CA started running over six years ago to combat the "more than Freshman 15" he had gained. Justin shed those pounds and well, just kept going! Despite a disastrous nutrition snafu, he completed the 2005 LA Marathon, and today, Justin runs about four times a week.

KEN CHIN
Team name: daRevoluCHIN
The "Human Garbage Disposal." How's that for a nickname? Ken isn't afraid to admit he loves to eat, but he's just as passionate about pounding the pavement with other people and meeting everyone and anyone he crosses paths with. A gregarious guy who makes you smile no mater what mood you're in, Ken is currently training for the Nike+ Human Race and his third marathon, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon.

In his downtime, you'll find him reading, spending time with his family and of course, running!

SARAH KAY HOFFMAN
Team name: Pied Pipers of S(swoosh) K(kinetic energy) H(human race 10.24.2009)
This California girl is exactly as she describes herself: passionate. A native of Waseca, MN, Sarah Kay began running a year and a half ago to get in shape for her wedding. She's now HOOKED and is currently training for the Nike+ Human Race as well as her first 13.1, the Nike Women's Half Marathon in San Francisco. Sarah Kay keeps busy as a marketing and membership consultant at a fitness club, but when she's not working or running, she loves hanging out with her husband, Ryan (and their two dogs), being outside, laughing, smiling and enjoying life!

SHANNON DUFFY
Team name: The Runner's High
Ten years and still running strong! Shannon, aka Duffy, Duff or Duffster, discovered her true love for running in 2003 when she moved to her present home, Chicago, IL. In an effort to explore the city, meet people and stay healthy, Shannon signed up for the 2004 Chicago Marathon. And despite her BUSY schedule juggling three jobs—psychotherapist, bartender and sales associates for Fleet Feet Sports—Shannon is out running on the lake shore or in her neighborhood three to four times a week.

TOTO VO
Team name: Run4
An "IT Ninja" during the day, Toto (or TotoTron to some) was born in Da Nang, Viet Nam and raised in Portland, OR. And doesn't see a reason to leave P-Town (as he calls it) except to travel, which he loves to do. Last year Toto ran the Nike+ Human Race overseas, but this year he's staying close to home to be your trusty Ambassador for the race. A runner for over seven years, Toto loves racing 5K's and 10K's, but he won't refuse a good Vietnamese meal any day.
