Human Race weekend will be a big one for The Ohio State University. It is homecoming weekend where many of the alumuni come back to campus to partake in several activities. The Homecoming Parade starts at 6pm Friday night; once the last float passes, the Nike+ Human Race will begin. There will be music and entertainment on the course (with built-in fans from the parade to cheer you on) followed by a pep rally and concert at the south oval. It is a loop course consisting of two 5k loops; you have the option of running one loop or two. Those brave enough to conquer two loops will receive VIP access.

Packets can also be picked up October 23 after 6:00 PM at the
"Race Day Registration" tent next to the South Oval.

Please bring your photo ID to pick up your race tee.

What is the start time?
7:30pm, immediately following Homecoming parade.

Do I have to wear my participant shirt during the race?
Yes, this will act as your bib and ticket into post-race concert.

Is the race chip timed?
No, but please race with your Nike+ system.

How long is the race? What is the difference between a 5K and a 10K?
You have the option of running a 10k (6.2 miles) or a 5k (3.1 miles). The route will be two 5k loops, so if you are up to the challenge, head out for another loop. Runners that complete the 10k will receive VIP access.

Where does the race start/end?
The tentative race start is at the corner of S College Rd and N Oval Mall. The tentative finish is at the South Oval.

Is there gear check available?
Yes. Please check back soon for location.

What is the registration fee?
Registration fee is $10. A portion of all entry fees goes the OSU Charity "Students First, Students Now."
