10K Ambassador Challenge in the run-up to Nike+ Human Race 10K, and

race. Here’s how the challenge works:

1. Register
Login to the Nike+ website and sign up for the Human Race 10K Ambassador Challenge.
Choose to join Team Sambal Sprinters, comprising of Zaquan Razak, Rudy
and Amanda Choe or Team Rojak Runners, consisting of Zher Peen, Nana,
Niki Cheong, Jason Goh aka Smashpop.

2. Run
Clock miles for your team when you run and sync your Nike+ online from now till 24 Oct 2009.

3. Win
It’s Rojak Runners vs Sambal Sprinters. Team with the most miles wins
and earns bragging rights. Awesome Nike prizes will be waiting for the
winning team and they will also be featured on NikeRunning.com.my
