If you think your Nike+ Sensor might be on its last leg, it's probably time for a replacement.
While a sophisticated built-in power management system in the Nike+ Sensor ensures that it only consumes power when it is active or senses motion, it contains a non-replaceable battery that has a life of more than 1,000 active hours.
When the battery has approximately two weeks of life left, you will be alerted that it's time to change your sensor. A low-battery icon will flash on and off in the 'Now Running' screen of your iPod nano, iTouch, iPhone 3GS or Nike+ SportBand. There will be two reminders: once when there is approximately 10% of power left and again when there is 2% of battery life remaining in the sensor.
