Chicago Marathon PowerSong Results

October 12, 2010

We Came, We Saw, We Kicked Out the Jams

You may know who won the race, but do you know the top PowerSong from the Bank of America Chicago Marathon? Before the crack of the starting gun, runners cast their votes for the songs that would keep them focused on finishing strong. We had nearly 1500 people weigh in, and the results were definitive: “Eye of the Tiger” remains the most asphalt-kicking track ever—the undisputed heavyweight—deserving air time at the marathon’s most crucial moment. We looped it and cranked it full blast at mile 24 to push people across the finish line.

Here are the rest of the results:

#1: Eye of the Tiger Eye
#2: Dynamite Dynamite
#3: Don’t Stop Believin’ Don't
#4: Lose Yourself Lose
#5: I Gotta Feeling I
#6: Welcome to the Jungle Welcome
#7: Born to Run Born
#8: Bleed it Out Bleed
#9: Stronger Stronger
#10: Kids Kids
