Important: Please bring your ID and confirmation slip to collect your race pack.

Letter of Authorisation for Race Pack Collection
Can't make it to the Race Pack Collection to collect your race pack? Simply print out the letter of authorisation to enable someone to collect on your behalf. Click here to download the form.

The person collecting your race kit on your behalf should provide:
1) Your confirmation slip AND Photocopy of your ID front and back AND
2) A letter of authorisation signed by you, authorising the collection.

Indemnity Form (For participants under 18 years old)
Participants under the age of 18 will be required to present a waiver/indemnity form signed by a parent or guardian. The form must be submitted upon collection of race pack.
