Qualifiers
Unstoppable Game format
• Each registered team is issued a game card.
• Objective is to accumulate as many points as possible on the game card in the allocated game time (8 hours).
• Each pick up game is 5 minutes
• To accumulate points on the game card, teams must score the first 1 goal in the 5-minute games.
• The first team to score the first 1 goal in a match ends the game. The team will earn the point and stay on the court to play the next opponent team.
• If neither team scores after 5 minutes, both teams will have no points and have to make way for 2 new teams on the court.
• Losing teams can queue at any other court to continue playing as many games as they want within the allocated game time.
• At the end of the allocated game time, top 60 teams per venue with the most points will proceed to the city finals.
Court rules
Teams may play on any court or choose to remain on the same court after losing any of their matches
• Each court has 2 officials, 1 match coordinator and 1 marshal.
• The game coordinator manages the queue for each court where teams join the game on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• The match coordinator will be in charge of verifying the points for each team by stamping their game card.
• The marshals ensure time keeping and also acts as referee if both teams cannot decide through the honour system an in/out ball, goal or foul.
Honour system
• This method of play involves the absence of referee(s) on court, allowing teams to govern the passage of play. In the event of disputed decisions, infringements, encroachments into the goal zone, rough play, etc, the marshal is responsible for deciding on play.
Note: Players sent-off from any match are not allowed to complete the remaining duration, but are permitted to play in their teams following matches.
