Last week, with the Maracanã stadium at capacity, Adriano took the lead in the much-anticipated duel against Ronaldo. Now, the 90 minutes that will determine who moves ahead in the Libertadores cup will be fought at Pacaembu stadium, which will be filled with white-and-black fans.

A tie secures the spot for the red-and-black team. Corinthians has to win by a two goal margin. A victory of 1-nil for black-and-white will lead to a dramatic penalty shootout.
