The Syracuse Orange won its second regular-season Big East title, earning legendary coach Jim Boeheim his 27th NCAA Tournament appearance. And for the first time since 1980, the team enters the bracket as a #1 seed.
When Syracuse takes on Vermont, the Orange will be wearing the Nike Hyper Elite uniform, as well as NIKEiD Hyperdunk shoes. The Syracuse squad hopes to balance the ledger with Vermont, as the Catamounts defeated the Orange in overtime, 60-57, in the first round of the 2005 NCAA Tournament.
