After trailing the Charlotte Bobcats 60-38 at halftime, David West and the New Orleans Hornets battled back to take an 8-point lead in the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, the Hornets couldn't hold the lead, and ended up on the wrong end of a 104-103 score.

David is leading the Hornets in scoring, averaging 19.0 points to go with his 7.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists - all of which are above his career averages.
