Much of the inspiration behind the design of the Nike Zoom Kobe V comes from the global game of football - or soccer, depending on your passport.

This version of the shoe features details inspired by Bruce Lee. The Black Mamba has professed his respect and appreciation for Bruce Lee and his martial arts philosophy of Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do (振藩截拳道), or "Bruce Lee's Way of the Intercepting Fist."

The Nike Zoom Kobe V Bruce Lee will be in stores on February 6. Until then, check out the photos below.

I thought feb 6th is when the white-black-red cw comes out? if it's the Bruce Lee cw releases so when is it?

^ As far as I know the White/Red/Black ones are
still coming out 2/6 as a General Release, so
those won't be hard to get at all. The Bruce Lees
on the other hand are a quickstrike and will be
more limited than the Chaos colorway. From
everything I've heard so far, everyone's favorite
colorways have been the Bruce Lees, the Dark
Knights, or Laker related, so if you want any of
those, you'll have to be ready or you'll miss out.
The Bruce Lees are REALLY nice in person. My
favorite colorway.

^ The release dates on these have changed
multiple times. Some specialty stores already
have them, others aren't getting them til 1/22 or
2/6. Best thing is to call. Don't miss out on these
though, this colorway is amazing!

I actually thought these were just ok from looking
at the pictures, but I saw these in person last
week and love them now. Comparing them to the
other colorways, I like this one the most.

originally i thought there was a little two much
yellow on this shoe, but in person it's actually
more of a gold color. i've also seen these with
black laces instead of yellow ones, and they look
soooo hot with black laces in if the yellow is too
much. i'm def copping at least 3x of these. the
release is gonna be crazy since this is a QS, but i
love these shoes!
