To be eligible for the contest, sign up for free by registering to Run Where You Are with Nike+ (registering to run in a city is not free and therefore not eligible for the contest). To ensure you get credit for their registration, your friends must enter your email address as their referral code when they register.

• Register yourself and get 3 of your friends to register.
