Nike is partnering with Air New Zealand to fly five runners and one guest each to Australia on Aug. 27 to run the Nike+ Human Race in Melbourne at 9 a.m. on Aug. 31, then fly back to the United States across the International Date Line to run the race in Los Angeles at 8:31:08 p.m. PDT
Winners of the Nike+ Human Race 10K Plane sweepstakes will enjoy concerts by Hilltop Hoods and Faker in Melbourne, and nine-time Grammy Award winning artist Kanye West who will headline the post-race concert in Los Angeles. Winners will appreciate the rock star treatment Nike and Air New Zealand will give them on the flight and every step of the way as they make an incredibly unique journey around the world. Four seats will be awarded to Nike+ members on nikeplus.com with the fifth and final seat awarded to the winner of the sweepstakes who signs up at one of Nike’s retail stores across the U.S. The end date for the sweepstakes is Aug. 15.
