Heard about the Nike+ Human Race 10K but not ready to tackle those 6.2 miles? We're looking for volunteers like Keith who support their cause, support their friends and family or just want to be a part of the event!

Why I am volunteering:

The Nike Human Race is a worldwide call to action. Whether you're participating in honor of someone you love, to support a cause you believe in, or to prove something to yourself, it will be hard for people not to take notice on a day when the whole world is running together. Living in Austin, I found it impossible not to participate, as it was chosen to be one of the 25 cities to host the race.

To me LIVESTRONG means:

Looking good, feeling great, and doing the right thing every day. The LAF has played a crucial role in my survivorship of Stage I Testicular Cancer, helping me find the informational materials and medical advisory I needed during my diagnosis, as well as connecting me with other cancer survivors. Volunteering with the LAF allows me to help cancer survivors in the same ways and connect on a personal level with those battling cancer.
