As a lead up to the Nike+ Human Race 10K on 24th October 2009, Nike is currently holding a Guys Vs. Girls Charity Challenge via Nike+. Girls team run for ST School Pocket Money Fund while the Guys team run for World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).

Nike donates cash money in stages for the winning gender and details are as below:
1st Stage (12 Sept – 26 Sept) Winner: Guys Team
2nd Stage (27 Sept – 3 Oct): Nike donates S$5,000 to the winning gender’s charity
3rd Stage (4 Oct – 10 Oct): Nike donates S$10,000 to the winning gender’s charity
4th Stage (11 Oct – 17 Oct): Nike donates S$10,000 to the winning gender’s charity
5th Stage (18 Oct – 24 Oct): Nike donates S$20,000 to the winning gender’s charity

98.7FM deejay Desiree Lai leads the challenge for the Girls team while Dan & Young run with the Guys team every Sunday at 9am Bishan Park.

27th Sept was the first run and after doing some stretches for warm ups, it was off to the races for the two teams!

After 45 minutes of run, everyone came back sweaty yet full of smiles.

After some warm down and hydrating with water, participants were given exclusive Nike+ Human Race 10K T-shirts and souvenirs.
