The world's largest running event, the Nike+ Human Race 10K is finally here this Sunday!

On 31.8.2008, run for your cause with a million other friends and strangers in a worldwide 10k like no other.

Runners who have yet to look at the runner's guide are strongly encouraged to read through it. The guide contains a lot of vital information you need to know about the race day– programs lined up, race route, flag off timings, layout of the race village, safety matters and also, tips to help you with the final pre-race preparation.

Before you proceed to the starting point, do take one final look at the race route to familiarize yourself with the water / 100plus stations as well as entertainment zones.

Look out for mini concerts along the race route that will be staged by local artists to help inspire you to log 10Ks you'll never forget. Some of the bands playing include The Great Spy Experiment, Plain Sunset, Wicked Aura Batucada and DJ Ko Flow just to name a few.

We would also like to remind you that the flag off time has been revised to 4:15pm in view of possible congestions and activities along the race route. Kindly ensure that you reach the race venue at least half an hour before the flag off time.
