Please take note that cash or nets payment at all SISTIC outlets will require an additional SISTIC booking fee of SGD $3 per registration.
Is online registration secure?
Yes, the process uses a security technology WorldPay’s. This is a standalone anti-fraud system which enhances all current fraud systems that WorldPay and their Banking Partners use for every transaction processed through their systems.
WorldAlert monitors each transaction and provides automated alerts indicating possible or probable fraudulent transactions. WorldPay supports the full range of fraud-prevention methods including online transaction authorisation, cardholder verification (i.e. via Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code) and Address Verification Service (AVS). In addition, WorldPay has developed several in-house fraud detection/protection tools that are designed to avoid hassle and minimise financial loss (including the WorldPay Guarantee which can protect you against financial loss due to fraud).
In view of a seamless registration experience, we have embedded the payment page onto our registration page. There will be no collection of credit card details.
