9:00 a.m. Cloudy with sunny breaks. Looks as though the clouds are going to burn off as quickly as Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer's 3 monther.
11:00 a.m. Clear skies with one or two cotton candy clouds. (FYI that is the Cambie Street Bridge in those photos. T-minus 8 hours until it is covered with runners.)
11:23 a.m. I got kind of bored of watching the weather in Vancouver (it's as schitzo as Bobby Christina's parents). Instead, I am doing serious catwalk strut through my apartment; a fashion show for race day weather "what ifs". Do I go with my bedazzled hoodie for wind protection? Or should I work my Prada anorak for a potential rain situation?
Fashion Tip: This season's "boyfriend jeans" (Oh Jennifer, I hope you got a pair before it all ended. And, Katie.well, we all know that those aren't Tom's. You're wearing them rolled up and he's like five foot nothing.) are loose on the waist, baggy through the leg, and have "oh so perfect" casual comfort. Who knew there was a running version? Try Nike's dry fit running shorts with build in everything. They even have sheer side paneling which is so Fall 08.
Hey wait, I haven't even gotten to the bathing suit round. Did you know that Nike will have après race hot tubs available? I just read it on the race packet. Hello 1971 meets 2008!
